Install and dismantle can be performed by full-time employees of exhibiting companies, Freeman, a third-party Exhibitor Appointed Contractor, or a combination of all three sources.
An Exhibitor-Appointed Contractor (EAC) is any person or company other than the designated “official” or “exclusive” contractors that provide a service (supervision, display installation and dismantling, advertising agencies, models, florists, photographers, aquarium supply firms, computer firms, audiovisual firms, etc.) and requires access to the exhibit hall any time during installation or dismantling or show dates.
If you plan to hire an EAC(s) you are REQUIRED to submit the Intent to Hire a Contractor form, which can be found in the Exhibitor Portal by clicking on the "Submit Intent to Hire a Contractor form" tile. Once this has been submitted, your contractor(s) will be contacted with further instructions.
