Garry is a Partner at Quantum and a member of Quantum's Investment Committee. He oversees all of Quantum’s in-house technical, risk management, and Shared Services efforts. Prior to joining Quantum, Garry was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Enerplus Resources Fund, a Canadian public royalty trust, where he was instrumental in growing the company from a small, financially driven enterprise to a large, technically driven company.

Before joining Enerplus, Garry served as a Senior Vice President of EnCap Investments and worked for Exxon Company in a variety of engineering, operational and management positions. He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kansas and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin, both with honors, and is a professional engineer in the State of Texas.
