Ingvild Berg Martiniussen is a leading researcher and project leader within Production Solutions at Equinor, based in Porsgrunn, Norway. Since joining the company in 2001, she has worked on research, development, and technology qualification projects related to flow assurance and inflow control technologies. Martiniussen has experience managing multidisciplinary projects and collaborating with suppliers, research partners, and operational teams to develop, qualify, and deploy new technologies, supporting energy efficiency and improved oil and gas recovery. She holds an MSc in Chemical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim.
