Mary Dhillon is Strategy Manager at Fervo Energy, a high-growth geothermal energy developer, where she works at the intersection of corporate strategy, federal compliance, and cross-functional execution to help scale next-generation geothermal power. Before Fervo, Mary was a Process Engineer at ExxonMobil. She holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
