Raghu Yabaluri is Sr. Managing Director and Global Market Leader for Fuels & Natural Resources within Black & Veatch’s Infrastructure Advisory practice. Raghu brings nearly 20 years of experience helping organizations transform operations, improve performance and unlock value across the global energy sector. His experience spans the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia, leading initiatives in strategy, asset management, operations excellence, AI, automation and digital transformation.

Prior to joining Black & Veatch, Yabaluri was a partner at PwC Strategy and Deloitte, where he built and led oil and gas strategy and digital consulting practices. He advised supermajors, national oil companies and independent operators on AI-enabled transformation, operating model design and enterprise-wide modernization programs.

Earlier in his career, Yabaluri held leadership roles at Shell and Cairn India. At Shell, he contributed to discoveries exceeding one billion barrels of hydrocarbons and helped shape Kazakhstan’s upstream oil and gas technology roadmap. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
