Yasmin Sodré holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and an MBA in Oil & Energies from COPPE/UFRJ, and is PMP-certified. She is a Commercial Project Manager at Fugro, based in Houston, specializing in uncrewed surface vessels (USVs) and offshore energy solutions, leading complex, high-impact projects across the Americas.

With international experience in Brazil, India, and the United States, Sodré excels at navigating regulatory frameworks, coordinating multicultural teams, and driving innovation in marine operations.

She also serves as Program Chair for the SPE Robotics and Autonomous Systems (RAS) Technical Section. Passionate about connecting technology, people, and strategy, she delivers efficient, forward-thinking solutions.
