Over the recent years, oil and gas industry experienced significant increase of operational risks with diversified causes, such as cost overrun, IR 4.0, workforce availability due to COVID-19, supply chain disruptions, instability of demand and maturing installations. By exploiting recent technological advancement and digitalization opportunities, this session provides some key measures that might mitigate those threatening risks, thereby ensure operational continuity and improve cost efficiency.
