The oil and gas industry is constantly evolving, and new technologies, new materials and innovative diagnostic techniques are emerging to improve well stimulation and completion processes. This session will explore the new materials frontiers - nanomaterials, sensors, smart materials, and high-performance cements. We will also review diagnostic techniques and their capabilities to measure the hydraulic fracturing geometry, and drainage, for reservoir-specific stimulation and completion design optimization.
