Demand for specialists in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) is steadily growing. As STEM career opportunities increase, it is important that students are aware of and encouraged to pursue these professions. University professors, from different countries, will share their experiences of inspiring young students to pursue STEM careers. They will also discuss the Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, carried out by their organizations, that encourage minority groups to join.
