Exhibit Space Rates:

USD 38 - On or before 1 February2024

USD 39 - 2 Feb through 8 March 2024

USD 40 - after 8 March 2024

Exhibit Space Includes:

Standard booth draping (8-ft. high drape back wall and 3-ft. side rails – in linear space ONLY) and an identification sign (11 x 17 inch) listing Exhibitor name and booth number will be provided to all indoor linear Exhibit Space.
Five Complimentary Exhibitor Registrations per 100 square feet of Exhibit Space to be used for staff working the booth.
20 complimentary Guest Invites - Invite partners and customers to join you at ATCE!
Exhibitor listing in official online Conference Program, show APP and show website.
Shipping/ Drayage and Nightly Booth Cleaning are not included in the cost of your booth space.

Important Dates and Deadlines

Due with contract - 50% Deposit Due
1 May 2024- 100% Balance Due
June 2024 - Company Profile Due

RETURNING EXHIBITORS

Review the Terms and Conditions carefully.
Space is priced at USD 38, 39, and 40 USD per square foot (Dependent on date contract submitted.)
Reference the Live Floor Plan to view booth availability- (subject to change)
Select five (5) preferred locations
