Throughout his career, Mr. Sultan has showcased his expertise across the full spectrum of Human Capital functions. His journey began within the landscape of upstream group companies, contributing to the success of these further solidifying his reputation as a proficient leader in the field of Talent Development Management.

In his current role, He is at the forefront of fulfilling the critical mandate of Succession Excellence, Youth Development and Accelerating the development of Future leaders for ADNOC and the UAE, showcasing his commitment to building a robust talent pipeline within the organization.
