Travel and Hotels

Note: Hotel cancellation policies vary.  Please refer to your individual hotel confirmation for a specific cancellation policy.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card valid through October 2025.

Changes and cancellations may be made through Maritz Global Events until Monday, September 22, 2025, 5pm ET. Between September 23 to September 28, reservation information will be transferred to the hotel and no changes or cancellations may be made. Beginning Monday, September 29, 2025, you may contact the hotel directly for any changes or cancellations.

There will be no penalty for reservations canceled in advance of 3 days prior to arrival. If you cancel within 3 days of arrival, you will be charged one (1) night’s room & current sales tax to the credit card provided for guarantee.

Failure to show on day of anticipated arrival will result in a "no-show fee" of one (1) night's room & current sales tax and cancellation of the reservation. If your travel plans are delayed, please be sure to notify the hotel directly to avoid this fee.

Early Departure Fee In the event you wish to depart earlier than scheduled, the hotel may charge an "early departure fee". To avoid this fee, confirm your departure date with the hotel before or during check-in.

Note: When booking hotel arrangements, you have many options, but some can be time-consuming and the benefits don’t always pay off. Maritz is the official housing and travel coordinator for ATCE. No other hotel/housing provider is authorized to contact you on behalf of ATCE. We will vigorously pursue these other companies to prevent unauthorized contact.
