To reserve a hotel room through Maritz, register through the portal and follow these steps:

Complete your registration for ATCE.
Select a hotel from the official list below to take advantage of special benefits, including the lowest rates and streamlined group bookings.
Have a credit card ready for the guarantee or a one-night deposit based on hotel policy.

Already Registered? Follow These Simple Steps to Add Housing to Your Registration

Select the BLUE Edit Existing Registration button on attendee landing page.
Enter the email address and password used for registration.
Select Hotel Reservation on the Dashboard.
Enter dates for stay and search for hotel.
Select hotel, View Rooms and Reserve
Add and save guests
Guarantee the room. Rooms are not held without a guarantee.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Note: Hotel cancellation policies vary. Please refer to your individual hotel confirmation for a specific cancellation policy.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card valid through October 2025.

Changes and cancellations may be made through Maritz Global Events until Monday, September 22, 2025, 5pm ET. Between September 23 to September 28, reservation information will be transferred to the hotel and no changes or cancellations may be made. Beginning Monday, September 29, 2025, you may contact the hotel directly for any changes or cancellations.

There will be no penalty for reservations canceled in advance of 3 days prior to arrival. If you cancel within 3 days of arrival, you will be charged one (1) night’s room & current sales tax to the credit card provided for guarantee.

Failure to show on day of anticipated arrival will result in a "no-show fee" of one (1) night's room & current sales tax and cancellation of the reservation. If your travel plans are delayed, please be sure to notify the hotel directly to avoid this fee.

Early Departure Fee In the event you wish to depart earlier than scheduled, the hotel may charge an "early departure fee". To avoid this fee, confirm your departure date with the hotel before or during check-in.

Note: When booking hotel arrangements, you have many options, but some can be time-consuming and the benefits don’t always pay off. Maritz is the official housing and travel coordinator for ATCE. No other hotel/housing provider is authorized to contact you on behalf of ATCE. We will vigorously pursue these other companies to prevent unauthorized contact.

Take I-45 South toward Downtown Houston.
Exit at McKinney Street (Exit 47C) and follow signs to Downtown.
Turn left on Avenida de las Americas; the George R. Brown Convention Center will be on your left.

From the South or Hobby (HOU) Airport

Take I-45 North toward Downtown Houston.
Exit at Scott Street/Downtown Destinations (Exit 45).
Follow signs to Downtown via Pease Street, then turn left on Avenida de las Americas to reach the George R. Brown Convention Center.

From the East

Take I-10 West toward Downtown Houston.
Merge onto US-59 South and exit at Polk Street.
Turn right on Avenida de las Americas; the George R. Brown Convention Center will be on your right.

From the West

Take I-10 East toward Downtown Houston.
Merge onto I-45 South, then exit at McKinney Street (Exit 47C).
Turn left on Avenida de las Americas; the George R. Brown Convention Center will be on your left.
