General Information

Where do I pick up my badge?

You can visit any Already Registered Confirmation kiosk. If you received a confirmation after registering, you can scan it at the pre-registered kiosks located in the registration area. If you have not pre-registered, please proceed to on-site registration in Hall 3.

You must have a government-issued driver’s license, passport, or other photo identification to pick up your badge holder or register.

On-site registration is open the following hours

Saturday, 14 October Noon – 1700
Sunday, 15 October Noon – 1700
Monday, 16 October 0700 – 1600
Tuesday, 17 October 0700 – 1600
Wednesday, 18 October 0730 – 1400

 

Exhibition Hours

Monday, 16 October 0900 – 1800
Tuesday, 17 October 0900 – 1800
Wednesday, 18 October 0900 – 1400

 

Where can I purchase event tickets?

You can purchase tickets at the registration counters located in Hall 3.

Where can I access the proceedings?

Attendees that registered before 11 October received an email with the code to access the proceedings.  After 11 October, the proceedings will be sent out after the event.

If you registered before 11 October but did not receive the Proceedings download code in your email, please email registration@spe.org.

Is there complimentary registration?

Complimentary registration is available with a Guest Card.  Guest Cards are available from exhibitors only and can be completed online.

Is there an ATCE mobile App?

Yes, search “SPE International” in your mobile device app store (or click one of the buttons below) and download the SPE International App. 

Download on the App Store  Get it on Google Play

Once that is installed, choose the ATCE event within the app to be app-ready for the event!

Transportation

Is there a shuttle bus?

There is no shuttle bus this year.

On Site Amenities

Are there charging stations?

Yes, visit us in the SPE Pavilion booth #630 for your charging needs.

Is luggage check available?

Luggage check is available at the convention center.

Where is the first aid station?

First Aid is located at the back of Exhibit Hall 3.

Is there a prayer and nursing room?

To reserve this room, please visit ATCE Headquarters in room 207 A, Level 2.

Is there a business center?

The Convention Center has The UPS Store conveniently located near the Main Lobby for your copying, printing, and shipping needs.

Where are the food courts/concession stands?

The Broken Crust Café, located next to the Lila Cockrell Theatre.

There are also two additional food areas.

The Market Café located in the Main Lobby and the El Puente Café located in the West Lobby..

Where is the lost and found?

Lost and found is in the ATCE Headquarters in room 207 A, Level 2.

Sessions/Events

Where are the training courses?

Training courses are at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center.

Where are the session rooms?

  • Opening General Session is in the Stars at Night Ballroom, Ballroom Level. 
  • Technical Sessions are located on Levels 2 & 3.

Please refer to your conference program for the exact room number in the convention center of the session that you wish to attend. Signs will lead you to the room that you need.

Where is the Annual Banquet and do I need a ticket?

The Annual Banquet is in Stars at Night Ballroom, Ballroom Level.  The reception is complimentary but the banquet requires a ticket - Purchase tickets here.

Where and when is the PetroBowl?

PetroBowl is on Monday, 14 October at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, River Level.

Where are the exhibitor booths and exhibitor information?

The digital conference program lists all exhibitors and includes a floor plan.

Exhibitor registration is located in Halls 2 & 3.  You can find booth numbers in the digital conference program. 

Where is speaker/author check-in?

Speaker Check-In and Speaker Practice are located in room 208 & 209, Level 2 of the convention center.

Where is the SPE Show Office (Formerly HQ)?

The SPE Show Office is located in room 207 A, Level 2.

Is there a dedicated press/media room?

Yes, the Press Room is Room 205, level 2 at the convention center.
