You can visit any Already Registered Confirmation kiosk. If you received a confirmation after registering, you can scan it at the pre-registered kiosks located in the registration area. If you have not pre-registered, please proceed to on-site registration in Hall D.

You must have a government-issued driver’s license, passport, or other photo identification to pick up your badge holder or register.

You can purchase tickets at the registration counters located in Hall D.

There is no onsite rebooking for 23ATCE.

Attendees that registered before 28  September received an email with the code to access the proceedings.  After 28 September, the proceedings will be sent out after the event.

If you registered before 28 September but did not receive the Proceedings download code in your email, please email registration@spe.org.

Complimentary registration is available with a Guest Card.  Guest Cards are available from exhibitors only and can be completed online.

There is a no shuttle bus this year.

Luggage check is available on Level 2 of the convention center near Starbucks 0800-1800 Monday - Wednesday.  

First Aid is located in Hall E.

To reserve this room, please visit ATCE Headquarters in room 350F, Level 3.    

The ATM machine is located on Mezzanine Level 2, next to Starbucks.

There are two FedEx Office Print & Ship Centers conveniently located across the street from the building, both accessible via skybridge. One is located in the Hilton Americas-Houston and the other in the Marriott Marquis.

There are 3 permanent restaurants on the 3rd level (Pappadeax, Saltgrass and the Grotto), as well as a Starbucks on the 2nd level.  There are also multiple restaurants within walking distance of the convention center.

Lost and found is in the SPE Show Office room 350 F, level 3 in the GRB convention center.

Training courses are at the George R. Brown Convention Center.

Opening General Session is in the Grand Ballroom, Level 3 in the convention center.  Please refer to your conference program for the exact room number in the convention center of the session that you wish to attend. Signs will lead you to the room that you need.

The Annual Banquet is at the George R Brown Convention Center & Foyer, Level 3. The reception is complimentary but the banquet requires a ticket.

PetroBowl is Monday 3 October in room 310, level 2 at the George R. Brown Convention Center.

The digital conference program lists all exhibitors and includes a floor plan of where they are located on the exhibit floor.

Exhibitor registration is located in Hall D. You can find booth numbers in the digital conference program. 

Speaker Check-In and Speaker Practice are located in room 351 D-E, level 3 in the GRB convention center.

HQ is located in room 350 F, level 3 of the GRB convention center.

Yes, the Press Room is Room 381B, Level 3 at the convention center.
