Cancellation & Substitution Policies
CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to registration@spe.org and must be received on or before 5:00 p.m. Central Time on 29 September 2025 to receive a refund, minus a USD 150 administrative processing fee. Cancellation requests received after 29 September 2025 at 5:00 p.m. Central Time are not eligible for a refund.
No refunds will be provided for no-shows. If you do not attend and fail to provide written notification in advance of the first day of the event, you will not be eligible for a refund. By registering for the event, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this cancellation policy. Please note that refunds will not be granted if you receive a complimentary guest invitation. No exceptions.
Student conference registrations are subject to a $25 USD administrative processing fee for cancellations.
There are no refunds for ATCE ancillary event tickets.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Substitution/replacement registrations are offered as a one-time courtesy as long as a badge has not been printed. Replacing a registered ATCE attendee with a business colleague or co-worker will be accepted.
Conference Proceedings: Published Papers
Full Conference registrations (members, nonmembers, students, and members over 65) include digital access to the 2025 ATCE Conference Proceedings. One-Day and Exhibits-Only registrations do not include Proceedings access.
The 2025 ATCE Conference Proceedings will only be available for purchase through the registration link until Tuesday, 21 October 2025.
After 21 October 2025, this year’s papers will be available to be purchased individually in OnePetro.
Corporate Group Pricing
Corporate Group packages must be paid online by 13 October 2025.
Bundle purchases are non-refundable.
- Unlimited 3-day attendee registrations - $35,000
- Package of 20 3-day attendee registrations - $15,000
- Package of 10 3-day attendee registrations - $7,000
