Conference Proceedings: Published Papers
Proceedings must be purchased separately. Proceedings are available digitally through OnePetro®. Access codes will be emailed to those who register prior to 18 October 2026.
If you register after 18 October, your proceeding access code will be emailed to you after the event. The ATCE 2026 Conference Proceedings will only be available for purchase through the registration link until Friday 23 October 2026. After 23 October 2026, this year’s papers will be available to be purchased individually in OnePetro.
If you are participating in the technical program, you will receive a link to register from the ATCE Program Manager, which must be used to receive the complimentary registration rate.

Visa Letter
Attendees from countries that require a US visa for entry are reminded that the process of obtaining a visa may take several months. Create an official SPE invitation letter that you can print and use in obtaining a visa. Please note that this letter does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa, nor does it commit SPE to assist you in obtaining a visa.
Photo and Video Policy
Photo and video guidelines for attendees, exhibiting personnel and exhibitor-appointed photographers at SPE's Annual Technology Conference and Exhibition (ATCE).
There are penalties for violating the SPE Photo and Video Policy.
Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to registration@spe.org and must be received on or before 5:00 p.m. Central Time on 25 September 2026 to receive a refund, minus a USD 150 administrative processing fee. Cancellation requests received after 25 September 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Central Time are not eligible for a refund.
No refunds will be provided for no-shows. If you do not attend and fail to provide written notification in advance of the first day of the event, you will not be eligible for a refund. By registering for the event, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this cancellation policy. Please note that refunds will not be granted if you receive a complimentary guest invitation. No exceptions.
Student conference registrations are subject to a $25 USD administrative processing fee for cancellations.
There are no refunds for ATCE ancillary event tickets.
